  • By ordering any of our maps, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • All personal information you provide, or that we obtain, will be handled responsibly and not shared with third parties.
  • All maps remain NewTopo NZ Ltd's property until full payment is made.
  • Events outside NewTopo NZ Ltd's control shall be considered force majeure.
  • The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
  • Postage by surface mail and payment fees are included in the retail price. Delivery within NZ can be expected within 7-10 days. Overseas delivery will be longer. Additional charges may occur for unusual orders.
  • Your purchase is subject to the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.
  • Card information is transmitted over secure PayPal SSL encryption and is not stored.
  • NewTopo NZ Ltd reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.
  • NewTopo NZ Ltd uses 'session cookies' to keep track of a session during the order process. These are deleted when you exit your browser. Also 'permanent cookies', which are stored on your computer to track how you navigate around the website, to improve services and support, and keep track of your shopping cart. No personal information is stored in this type of cookie. All can be deleted at any time.

Our Return Policy

  • Contact NewTopo NZ Ltd before returning any items.
  • You can return the map within ten working days of delivery.
  • The map must be in new condition.
